DEC provided a full ship global stress analysis for the NOAA SWATH Coastal Mapping Vessel for VT Halter Marine. In addition to the global stress analysis, DEC also provided a full ship fatigue analysis to meet the ABS rules and created a penetration guidance drawing to assist VTHM engineering with systems routing.
